It is an example of an implementation of AIsuru the platform for creating conversational agents by memori.ai, with which we collaborate. Each project then becomes a targeted service in which the agent becomes a real ‘local AI’ trained on the contents of the individual service it has to perform.
This is the use case of a digital agent, that embodies an immediate support chat that provides the traveller with essential information about the service, but also much more, for example about the city of Bologna, or the trade fairs there. In short, a real assistant to whom one can ask for any information to organise one’s trip to Bologna.
